Kristin's Raw Falafs



Kristins Raw Falafels:


4 carrots

4 tbsp tahini

2 tbsp flax

2 green onion stalks

1.5 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp cumin

1 tbsp coriander seeds


Grind up the cumin and coriander first

Blend

Make balls and dehydrate for 3 hours 45 degrees and then flip and do 3 more hours.

They are also yummy without dehydration!

Could also bake in oven at low temp if not worried about raw 💫


BONUS

Tahini Sauce


100ml water

2 tbsp tahini

1/2 a lemon


Combine = deliciousness 😋
